When I was fighting off the shingles, walking around like a wounded cowboy with a gut shot wound from a John Wayne feature, I started getting back spasms, mid thoracic. I have had sharp, breath takers in the past when I was heavier and in less "shape", but these were likely from my posture changes.
I hope it has passed as an issue. I'd also encourage you to write down significant changes and even what you eat. I journaled food for a year, almost consistently for years in regard to symptoms. Jon
