short story..
1. took a medication that caused twitching and jerking
2. tried to "fix" the issue and saw a naturopath that ran electricity through me for 45 minutes
3. deep acupuncture (about 8 or 9 treatments) I know, I know it's hard to believe but trust me this lady physically injured my nerves.
