I did a little research on lion’s mane last year but decided not to try it. The nerve benefits sound great until you realize that there are very few supporting studies, most of which seem to be in vitro experiments and studies on animals. There were also reviews I read on several sites where some users reported elevated liver enzymes after taking this product.
