Since you cannot get away for more than two weeks, think about renting a short term apartment for a month or two. Or if you have family close by, maybe your daughter could stay with them to see if her problems start to ease.

Any other neighbors having problems?

Is it possible to keep your windows open to help ventilate the house better. A fresh air exchange could help if it's environmental.
The only thing relatively new (about 2-3 years I think) is a wireless meter on the side of our house. They take the reading from the street vs having to ask to look in the garage.
They are now putting them on all the houses once the analog ones go.
