Possibly skip the neuro and ask about an advanced PT referral/eval, if you aren't comfortable with chiro eval.
Most testing shows as normal even when TOS or something similar (soft tissue) is the cause of the pain & symptoms.. Not many drs are fully aware & up to date on TOS.. You need someone that is into how the body works & posture related issues..
