I had a thought about my situation.
I have stored much of my stress in my body by tightening up -- like fright, flight, freeze. Highly sympathetic nervous system vs parasympathetic. Is is possible my nerves are compressed and irritated - particularly in my outer calves? I am releasing lots of old trauma and pain and am loosening up my body. |
