Heart

Hi Healthgirl,

My heart goes out to you.
Fortunately, we all tend to have somewhat of a reserve of hope. This keeps us going, or gets us back on track.

Unfortunately, our hopes may be dashed at times.

I can feel your deep disappointment.

Please be very patient, kind, compassionate with yourself during this very challenging time.

I hope you feel much better soon.

Hello. For some weeks it was better, from yesterday it is worse. Tingling on more parts of the body for seconds often in a day, especially back of the head, upper back, ankles and vibrating whole body as i touch some surface or move 😞😞 i am pregnant so i cannot take any meds. Can i destroy my nerves withot meds? Can you die from small fibre? My left arm also hurts in joint😞

You don't have to worry about nerves getting destroyed without meds. All nerve medications are palliative; they just help with the pain and do nothing to maintain nerve quality. You will not die from having small fiber neuropathy, but it can make you feel dang awful.
