Default Fungal/molds that can cause neuropathy?

I am trying to figure this out since my only advice from doctors are to refer out for each member of my family to be evaluated separately.

I am the only one severely affected, but everyone has had strange symptoms and 3 of us have the confirmed photosensitive livedo, so I am trying to figure this out.

Maybe I can request some tests from my primary?
I am trying to do as much research on fungal/bacterial/ toxic exposure as I can.

Any recommendations on the type of blood work I should ask for?
