Parsing some humor out of our pain

Felled by the rug-rats toys huh - my problem isn't toys - it's the rugs themselves - I swear they leap up as I'm approaching just to trip me up. Splat!
It isn't pretty - especially if I have to try and dodge the woodburner as I'm falling.

Jon, et al,

As someone who has managed to cause serious (Hospitalising) pain twice in the past 3 months from falls, I urge you all to take extra care on your ambulations - and dressing!

My usual collapse is a graceful, stages event. These two have been unstoppable crashes. They come unexpectedly, please beware.

Dave I'm so sorry to hear that you have had falls that have aggravated your pain. You have been a great help and support to me. I hope that your pain level has dropped back to "normal"

Thanks Canagirl,

Neck and referred arm pains are excruciating - above and beyond the 'normal'. Nothing looks like settling, I have an early PM appt next week, my GP wants me to increase the Morphine and Ketamine and change up the Tramadol while I am there

I am lucky to have such great Drs.

Dave sorry to hear you have been in so much pain. Hope your Drs can help and you get some relief from this very soon.
