Default pressure on chest

Hello.
Do you sometimes feel pressure on chest or in the upper stomach? Can this be anxiety? Or autonomic neuropathy? I was affraid of heart attack ao I went to er. Tests were ok. It is like i can not breath ok becauase od the pressure but i breath normaly. It is just a feeling...
