I'm using two but one is so expensive it's hardly worth mentioning. The other is not expensive and is covered by my insurance.
DICLOFENAC SOD/LIDO/PRILO (C) 5/2/2% LIP Used for pain and muscle spasms. It's anti inflammatory. It works to some extent and better over time and consistent use. The other has 30% Ketamine which acts as a nerve block. It's hella expensive though and I really can't afford it for large areas of my body. For small areas it's doable. But if you needed it for a lot of your body it would cost easily over $100+ per day. |

Canagirl,
I'd be concerned about a topical for YOU...solely because they are used on limited areas and you have problems body wide. I don't think you can use something like this ALL OVER. just a thought. |

topical medication is usually only used on skin issues, and not systemic neuropathy. the antiinflammatory i know are glucocoteroids, for stuff like psoriasis, eczema, or some inflammation disease.
i have contact dermatitis which was severe enough to require acetonide triacinilone, which is 2nd to clobestatol. |

I know. I just have one area in between my shoulder blades that u wanted to try it on. I have constant pain here but its unlike any of my other pain. It feels like a mix of muscle and nerve pain

I can tell you that I finally tried my licocaine ointment prescription and it did absolutely nothing. I think this nerve stuff just goes too deep.
