Default Cool today with morning rain

I was miserable today. Achy, still in some pain, though easier at home. I left work early because it was more than I could handle.

I am not looking forward to the fall change. Winter, less so. Does anyone else find season changes... difficult?

It is the nerves and muscles in my limbs.

This was just a dip in pressure systems.

Ugh.

I experience the same. I think it is somehow related to barometric pressure.

Hang in there Jon.

Today and yesterday were the worst for me. I'm in a head to toe burning flair. There wasn't much sleep that went on last night. The temp has taken a dip here in the Midwest. Ugh.

It is due to the barometric pressure change. I sure know it when it changes.

Without a doubt I go from miserable to barbaric pain when the weather changes. And BTW... I notice you're from Buffalo. I'm in Upstate New York too so we know about weather changes!

Have you tried the lotion form? This gets through the skin where the circulation may be blocked by inflammation.
Morton Epsom Lotion is at WalMart, most Walgreen's and online at Amazon. It is quite affordable.

Use about a quarter's diameter daily on your worst areas. You can rotate them each day, as one application may last more than one day. Tops of feet, and ankles. Knees, below and along both sides, inner arms and wrists, and a small amount on the neck if needed. These are some locations I use.
