Default Migrating nerve pain/ injury feeling

Does anyone else have this happen?
These are some examples:
1. I had burning when urinating for a few weeks that slowly went away and now it's almost gone.
2. I get random parts of my body with excruciating ligament/nerve pain that feels 100% like an injury and even has a recovery phase just like a strain/ sprain. Shoulders, neck, sacrum, thigh muscles, elbows.... sometimes having to do with large nerves.
3. Invisible bruises that last as long as a regular bruise.
4. spinal pain, herniated disk and sciatica flares that go along a nerve path and are hellish, but then recover in time.
5. Areas of the body that have shooting pulsing nerve pains for 2-3 days intermittently and then go away.

It seems like the nerves in my body get damaged and then almost heal only to get damaged again.

I feel that you are associating shifting symptoms with healing and damage. IMHO symptoms can scurry around willt-nilly or set in for the long haul. I've had symptoms that last as short as a couple of weeks(burning tops of feet). Others that dig in and last 6 mo to 1yr.(Deep buttock, hip, lumbar pain). In my mind the nerves have not healed just because something else starts hurting. I get it that this is not going to help a damn bit but who knows if you look at something from a different angle it may help you cope better. I wish I had better advise but I still try to exercise to tolerance and eat as well as I know how. The parade of symptoms marches on. Have you tried Gabapentin? Are you taking fish oil or EFA's? Ken in Texas.

Maybe
I am actually coping pretty well. I just want answers. It is so convincing that there is something my family and I have been exposed to and I can't just accept that we are all having nervous system problems as a matter of coincidence.
Gabapentin just made me too drunk and depressed and did nothing for the pain.

Yes on the EPA/DHA

your situation now and hope that you all find the smoking gun. Gaba did little for me also. I've heard good reports about Amitryptelen(misspell) as replacement for Gaba.Good Luck, Ken.

1. I have no burning while urinating, but if I'm in a flair my privates will burn. The butt crack is the worst. Yup, I just overshared.

2. Definitely yes! I've been going through that even prior to my onset. My last PT was a smart dude and pretty much told me something more than muscle-skeletal pain was going on in my leg right before all hell broke loose. I've had other injuries for the past 10 years that have stumped many OT's and PTs. Joints turning red and swollen; injuries that don't heal and leave me with burning pain.

3. No bruising that I've noticed. I get lots of strange rashes, usually on my face. I'm currently in a pretty significant out break of hives all over my face and head. It gives people in the work office something to talk about.

4. My spine and sciatica pain has chilled out. When this first came on I was limping and was told that I had trochanteric bursitis. WRONG!

5. I get that shooting, burning, pulsing nerve pain from my neck to my butt. I pulled another near all-nighter the other day due to this type of pain. I'm so over this....

1. Obvious question...you're sure it wasn't a UTI?

2. Early on, I had a sore spot in my mid back. It was painful to the touch and felt like muscle soreness. The area also twitched. It took a few months, but it finally went away. I've had a tendon in my left elbow bothering me since January for now discernible reason. I wasn't doing anything in January to cause a problem. I've just added the pain to the list.

3. That's kind of what the spot on my back felt like...an invisible bruise.

4. Sciatica has become a much bigger problem since all this started.

5. Various parts of my body seem to be targeted for short periods of time. I mentioned this before, but a couple of months, I got a non-stop strong vibration in one of my lower leg muscles. Hadn't felt anything like it before. It lasted about three days, then I suddenly experienced horrendous zaps that ran from my butt to my ankle. They were intermittent, and I probably had 6 of them total. After the last one, the vibration was gone. Haven't felt it again since.
