Default Migrating nerve pain/ injury feeling

Does anyone else have this happen?
These are some examples:
1. I had burning when urinating for a few weeks that slowly went away and now it's almost gone.
2. I get random parts of my body with excruciating ligament/nerve pain that feels 100% like an injury and even has a recovery phase just like a strain/ sprain. Shoulders, neck, sacrum, thigh muscles, elbows.... sometimes having to do with large nerves.
3. Invisible bruises that last as long as a regular bruise.
4. spinal pain, herniated disk and sciatica flares that go along a nerve path and are hellish, but then recover in time.
5. Areas of the body that have shooting pulsing nerve pains for 2-3 days intermittently and then go away.

It seems like the nerves in my body get damaged and then almost heal only to get damaged again.
