Should I take them seper steely? Which brands? Anybody get results from taking these? Anybody taking these but aren't sure if it's doing anything? How long have you taken them? |

Are you using an optimized form of curcumin?
If not, don't count on much of it being absorbed.

I recently started taking curcumin and seem to be having some improvement (but too soon to tell if I'm really improving or just part of my ongoing roller coaster ride of improving and worsening symptoms) |

The new optimized have nano technology in them.
LongVida is now licensing to other companies, like NOW. This form is much more soluble and was used in the studies showing promise for fighting inflammation. https://www.google.com/search?q=opti...IVyzc-Ch1G9Q4q This link shows some of the brands out now. I use the CurcuBrain one, once a day.
