I'm alone. I don't think there's anyone I can call. I have three close friends but two are sick and I think all three are a bit worn out. I can't go to ED or GP. Very painful hands. Can't explain fully. Thinking will take tranquilizer, high but safe dose. Try to sleep. Just don't want to wake up anymore.

I'm also burning a lot tonight. I'm kind of afraid to hit the bed because I'm afraid it will be worse. So I'm up for now even though dead tired. I' feel suicidal often. I think I'd be kind of crazy not to be considering this terrible situation. So.. I have no idea how long I'll avoid sleep but I'll talk with you in PM if you like and if you PM soon.

I'm so so sorry you are suffering so. I'm also sorry I'm suffering. Maybe we have a connection around that tonight.

Remember to breath. I've kept the worst at bay tonight doing deep relaxation breathing for several hours throughout the day and evening. .

icelander, I'm sorry you're also having such a bad day with pain there.
I hope you get some sleep eventually.
