Hi indigo

Sorry to hear you're going through such a difficult time - hope you're doing better today. Yesterday was a bad day for me also which is why I wasn't on here. Understand how friends aren't always there when you need them. It's tough. Will check in during today if you need to talk. Take care

Indigo .... I truly understand your pain. I live with it too. I never knew anything like this existed before it hit me four years ago. I don't want to wake up either, but the option is just as undesireable. A suggestion is to ask for an RX for Ambien so you can at least find sleep and peace for 6-7 hours every day, as I do. It helps when you need strength to face another day. Without going through your other posts I don't know what pain RXs you've tried, but finding one to even take the edge off is necessary. I'm so sorry for what you're going through.

Just a note to clarify Lara's. Ambien is known as Zopiclone in NZ.

hi there.

I just wanted to say thank you for your very kind message. I hope you're feeling a little bit better now. it is a very strange kind of illness and I often say I had no idea something like this existed. please excuse punctuation and other grammatical errors, I am reading this aloud because I can't type due to pain.

I agree that sleep is really important. I take melatonin, clonazepam and quetiapine to try and help me sleep unfortunately the pain at times still keeps me awake.I have tried Ambien but it gives me an awful headache.

anyway all the best you're always welcome to message me if you feel like chatting

Indigo
