You are so lucky you did this. I had 6 weeks of Cipro for Prostatitis last spring and now I have SFN and am wondering if I have anything to live for. I used to climb mountains and now its hard to walk.

I was on a high dosage of Cipro for six months several years ago, back when I assumed that if a doctor prescribed it, it was safe.

My comment is not about cipro/levaquin, but a friend told me she is involved in a class action suit against statins she took for 30 years and deals with neuropathy that her doctor told her for years was ideopathic and she has come to the realization it was the statins that she stayed with thanks to her MD and her fear of cholesterol which we do need.

Wonder why I have lost so much faith with conventional medicine.

One has to QUESTION everything.
