As a trial run, I would suggest a visit to a Chiropractor. You could call and check if they have a TENS unit and a visit used to be around 40$. I used one on my knees after a car wreck. There was much fire in the knees(inflammation) and the tens unit helped greatly. I did not at the time have the other symptoms associated with PN. Good Luck, Ken in Texas.
