The tens machine has been a lifesaver for me. I use it daily to prevent muscle cramping and to help burning pain.

I like mine so much I bought two. The socks work really great and in pulse mode effect me all the way up to the groin. It feels great.

I got mine on Amazon. It's called the Tens 7000. I've used mine almost daily for a year with no problems.

I hope you have great luck with one.
