Default It's raining in GA :(

And I hurt from the top of my head to the end of my toes !

Unless I stay on top on my oxycodone my pain spikes to a 10 very quickly. I guess with SFN, osteo and CTN in my wrist it's to be expected. I can't remember the last time it was this bad.

Maybe it's due to all the stress I've been under ?

I just miss him so badly. Yesterday afternoon it had been 4 weeks.....4 weeks is the last time I saw him and it's so sad. I try so hard to remember him not in Hospice but it's hard. That whole weekend was just gut wrenching.

Thanks as always for listening to me.

I agree weather changes are brutal for me too.

My condolences again on your loss

Try not to hyperventilate when you are sad or stressed...this makes the pain worse.

Stress is a huge contributor imo. My symptoms started suddenly after the most intensely stressful year. Hang in there.

I just want to say I am so sorry and wish I had something wise to say. Maybe a little pampering will help, like getting your hair done or a manicure. It may help you feel 100% a little bit better, even if it's for a short time.
Staying in the moment always helped me get through the toughest of times.
Wishing you the best.

Dear Debi,
I am so sorry you are hurting, on so many levels.
Wish I could just beam myself to you and sit at your kitchen table, have a cup of coffee and pie and you could tell me what your husband was like. He sounds like a great guy, your Bubba.

We had my Dad at his home for the final months with hospice care.
It is hard to shake those final memories but, we had a literal trunkload of photos and old films, filled with happy memories and we looked at them together, as a family.
It was so healing. We picked out our favorites pics and had copies made....
Dad standing on a glacier in Alaska....Dad in pic with all his grandkids....Dad working in his beloved garden.

It may be too soon but when you are ready...it may help.

You are in my prayers, dear one.
D.

Thank you mrsD......you are always so thoughtful.

When I'm upset, I try to breathe like we learned in Lamaze classes to birth our sweet babies and it always seems to help.

Nice to meet you February

I did get a hair hi-light and my toes done about 2 weeks ago and it did help my spirits. That place is always hopping and it was nice sitting around talking to everyone. I only cried twice !

I would really like to get a massage but I'm really hesitant too with this SFN.

Sweet Diandra.......I would love for you to beam yourself here to my dining room table....what a time we would have !

We did get a lot of pictures to the funeral home and they made a disc that kept playing at visitation. Wonderful comments from family and friends remembering the times long ago.

Thank you for your kind thoughts and prayers.

Dear Debi, so, so sorry to hear that the pain is still compounding. No way to suffer through a loss like yours without stressing every cell. The rain not only makes it hurt more, it is mood dampening as well. I hope the sun shines again soon.
Have your doctors been at all helpful with what you are enduring through this loss? I am worried about your pain levels getting out of control.
