Thumbs up B-12 plus folic acid

Foltanx is a cheap food grade supplement. My Endocrinologist prescribed for me to take it for as long as I am still taking Metformin(diabetic glucose control). B-12 deficiency symptoms mirror Neuropathy in many ways but in the worst scenario, your legs quit working like they used to. If your b-12 is below 400 you might look into or ask your Dr. what he would recommend. Be sure if you self medicate for b-12 use the methylated form. If you have been reading these posts you probably already know this. Good Luck, Ken in Texas.
