Jo Mar mentioned MSM and many yrs ago a person on an RA group talked about taking higher doses daily to calm pain and I've been doing that for years...most days I take 1 tsp in 8 oz distilled water, three times a day. Some of my doses I cut water with low sodium V8 for extra potassium. It does help calm pain.

On the grape seed ex and I'm taking it now 20 yrs, I noted in some nerve pain products I've checked out, grape seed ex is in some of them.
