I have decided to take up decaf coffee. I have always been unable to tolerate t0o much coffee, and I only have 1 cup of weak instant coffee in the morning.
I then drink 2-3 cups of green or black tea, throughout the day,and 1 cup of chammomile tea before bed. Since I like the taste of coffee, but not the strong caffiene jolt, I thought I'd give decaf a go. Even after a cup of decaf, I feel a bit of a jolt. I can tell because my appetite goes away altogether. I was wondering if decaf coffee is really caffiene free? If it is what could cause the appetite supression and mild jolt of energy? |
