Stem Cells for PN

I didn't know that this is done in the US or anywhere for that matter - it's not done where I am: http://www.innovationsstemcellcenter.com/

Here's a long shot: anyone tried it? What would be the cost. We've spoken about it here theoretically/as a potential therapy in the future but never as an actuality.
