Default What meds to stop before QSART?

I'm taking a QSART test at Cleveland Clinic to test for Small-Fiber Neuropathy. My dr told me to quit my medications 48 hours ahead of time, but I'm not stopping my narcotics for 2 days if I don't have to. Here is a list of my current meds:

amitriptyline
guanfacine
metoprolol
suboxone (I've not heard narcotics need to be stopped, but just checking)
chlorzoxazone
wellbutrin
lyrica

Please advise me which ones need to be stopped in advance, thanks!
