I used to drink quite a lot of beer myself, for a number of years. So I was a heavy drinkers for a few years, and beer is as bad as it gets for the gut.

Treatment depends on what is going on with you. I use diet, herbal antibiotics and antifungals, probiotics, supplements and anything else that might help. Take a look online, do some research on SIBO, leaky gut/intestinal permeability, candida, and such things.

There are some tests for these things, but they are pricey and not the most accurate. You could see a functional MD, a naturopath, or even a gastroenterologist, though the latter don't quite know what to do other than stick a camera in various places. If you can find an open minded functional GI, then try it.

Take a look at some of my other posts if you're interested and you think it would help. I've posted a lot about diet, GI issues and the like. Just check under my name. I've also written extensively about my diet, which is a self-designed ketogenic paleo diet. This piece is useful and close to what I do in many ways. I learned a lot from her: http://www.thepaleomom.com/autoimmun...mmune-protocol. The main difference is that I cut out fruits and starchy veggies too and go into ketosis. If you have SIBO or dysbiosis, keeping the carbs down helps a lot, and sometimes is essential.

Default What it can be - Body shakes after sleeping on left side

Guys,

Today i received Lyme disease infection related blood reports and they are all normal. (received by my doctor on 2/25 but she didnt call me so i guess they are normal)

Can that injury (23rd dec) kind of a whiplash can cause this type of health issues, which may cause some blood arteries or nerves compression when i sleep on left side ? I feel body numbness on left side only and head pressure in left side, neck stiffness in left side, hand and leg numbness in left side.

Guys is anyone out there have experienced this ? Which type of doctor can do whole blood pressure, blood flow tests ?

The best suggestion I can think of is to see a neuro-surgeon for consult...or maybe vascular doctor or blood flow issues. Have you seen either of these before?

I have visited Neurologist who did B12 test and EEG and found everything normal. he asked me to visit psychiatrist for Anxiety related disorders.
according him B12 level 241 was also normal.. so honestly i dont believe him anymore.

I really dont know about which type of doctor that I should meet for blood flow, blood clot or any types of arteries diseases related issues ?

A specialist cardiologist could probably help with arterial disease and related issues.

Vascular doctor or you can start with cardiologist....but vascular is more directly focused on blood flow.

Default Lyme or Gluten test results - Negative

TISSUE TRANSGLUTAMINASE AB, IGA
TISSUE TRANSGLUTAMINASE AB, IGG
ENDOMYSIAL ANTIBODY SCR (IGA) W/REFL TO TITER
EXTRA LAVENDER-TOP TUBE
LYME DISEASE AB W/REFL TO BLOT (IGG, IGM)

All above results are negative.

I am not sure if all above tests can cover the health problems may be causing due to Gluten intake. But yes whenever i eat Wheat (roti) i suffer more neurological symptoms and shakiness and tremors and dry mouth.
