Default Should I take Metanx?

I went to the podiatrist yesterday as part of my exhaustive search to find an answer to what's wrong with me. He gave me samples of Metanx and told me to try them.

I'm already taking:
700 mg Neurontin
5000 IU Vitamin D3
2000 Micrograms Methyl B-12
1000 mg Acetyl L-Carnitine (HCI) with
600 mg Alpha Lipoic Acid
300 mg Benfotiamine
300 mg Omega 3 Fish Oil

Does it make sense to take the Metanx? Has anybody had success with it?

Long story short, I woke up 6 months ago with my feet numb feeling when previous to that I had no symptoms and had never heard of SFN. It progressed to burning while I have shoes on. Pin & Needles feeling on and off. I have had all the blood tests, mri's, EMG/NCS, QSART, and nothing shows anything wrong. Nothing seems to help.
