you are showing lots of concerning issues. I think you need a good doctor to interpret your goals and treatment.
That high histamine certainly can cause many symptoms. you do have to give your methylfolate and methylcobalamin time to work. There is a condition that causes elevated biogenic amines (of which histamine is one). That is called Carcinoid syndrome, and does also affect the lungs. You can get tested for this, to rule it out. Doctors sometimes overlook this possibility.
