A sensory neuropathy does not prevent bending or
movement of the toes.

Have you been to a good podiatrist?
Have you had neurological testing?
Or a skin biopsy?

Do you smoke?

I see a neurologist for epilepsy, which is controlled. I have never smoked. When I went to Washington University and they ran the wide range of tests, they decided not to do a skin biopsy. They said they didn't think they would find anything useful.
What would the neurological testing entail, and what exactly are you looking for?
A podiatrist, no, I wouldn't know where to look for one. I don't want to sound stupid, but could it be that simple?
