Hi. Stress is a major trigger for me and probably most people with neuropathy and other pain conditions. I'm really sorry to hear you've had this incident and it's set off all these flare ups. I know that if I get seriously stressed or angry it can be as quick as a minute when I begin to feel the pain ramping up. I hope you can find some ways to reduce the level of distress. Can you talk with friends, have a quiet, restful day at home doing things you like, or maybe spend time in nature? Those are some of the things that help me sometimes.
