Red face

My feet are really bothering me too. Since about a year ago my toes seem to be getting numb and they hurt. The skin on the entire foot is extremely dry so I use a lot of cream on them and keep them warm. When they get cold the pain is really too much. I try to drink water but it's really hard. I do find I am dehydrated most of the time and I'm sure that doesn't help.

Oh and I do find that I slide on the carpet too so I guess they are shiny.

My feet top and bottom; not too shiny; maybe the top a bit more; but they sure do burn when walking, especially barefoot.,

Question

Does anybody here go barefoot most of the time? I'm wondering about that. Do shoes make any difference?

Wink

So the monsters brought the shininess with them?

Default Hey Wiix :)

I go barefoot anytime I can. I don't have any carpet in the house and my feet feel best when flat on the floor. I have no idea why.

Since it's getting cool here I have been keeping booties on my feet but no shoes. The only shoes I wear are a sandal with an adjustable strap on top. And they still hurt my feet.

My foot doctor has no problem with me going barefoot. He said whatever feels and works best for me.

I do have very shiny feet on the bottoms of both. My little toes are shiny on top too and stay bright red all the time. And the skin on both feet feels very tight all the time but they are not dry.

I've also noticed recently that when I'm on my feet too much the bottoms of my feet get extremely hot.....hot to the touch. Weird ? And then sometimes they are freezing cold to the touch.
