Has anyone taken this course? Was it helpful in dealing with things?
I'm trying to find one locally for my husband. It certainly sounds like it covers everything, so I was just curious. Linda |

I did a similar program through a grant at Duke University. It was 10 weeks, and involved modules on an iPad, exercises, testing at intervals with biofeedback measurements of my relaxation.
It was an excellent program. The key ways to control pain: meditation and relaxation, focusing on an object, listening to music, talking to friends, altering activity with rest periods, asking for help with difficult tasks, etc. Hugs, ElaineD |
