I took both Inosine and Sphingolin for 3 months last summer I think it was and got rid of the Burn and Tingling pretty much in my nerve damaged thigh from a hip replacement. Here is a link on this supplement. I bought mine at PureFormulas and pretty much no more burn but the thigh is still 80% numb going on 6 yrs.

Spingolin ?????

There is a LOT of info here as many have tried so many things to help their issues.

OPC'S could help too: Grape Seed Extract, or Pycnogenol, or Resveratrol. I'm on the first two 21 yrs for overall Immune System. My damage is from hip replacement in 2010.
