neropathic pain followed by involuntary movements

Hi
Ive had PD for 6 years.I also have neropathy.I often get pain burst in extremities usally followed by arm jerking or shaking.I usally get them at rest or when Im relaxed.
They sort of suprise me and seem to bother others more than me.
Any input would be very welcome
