Hi,
I am wondering if anyone has tried low dose naltrexone for idiopathic small fiber neuropathy and whether it has been effective. |

I take LDN. I think it probably takes an edge off the pain. If you have a neuropathy that is body wide, idiopathic or suspected immune-mediated, it's probably worth a shot, if you can find someone to prescribe it. LDN has a very low side effect profile. There have been some small studies with LDN helping CRPS and fibro.

This article suggests that LDN can help with neuropathic pain though the evidence is mainly from animal models The use of low-dose naltrexone (LDN) as a novel anti-inflammatory treatment for chronic pain.
