Default Lexapro for SFN pain

My Doctor put me on 10 mg. Daily of Lexapro. I also take 800 mg. of Gabapentin 3X Daily. After one month I felt the Lexapro did help slightly and it definitely lifted my spirits, yet it's my understanding that it treats depression but not the SFN pain?

Has anyone here had good results with Lexapro for SFN. I did find one small study that used it for 5 weeks at 20 mg.

Thanks,
Cliffman
