For several years, I have been dealing with painful idiopathic neuropathy predominately causing ankle/feet burning pain.
The past few months, I have been dealing with what I believe may be bursa problems in both inner hips which appear to be causing pressure/inflamation on a nerve near the groin area as well as some pain from hip/thigh area. I am also dealing with some abdominal issues as well. Are you having pain or worsening when laying on your side? In my case, I don't think this is neuropathy related. Actually and I forgot to mention, this only happens when I'm sitting down at night trying to relax on my couch or chair. If I am standing, walking, or lying down I do not have this burning.

Have you seen your GYN recently? Just a thought problems there can cause leg pain. I'm not certain about the heat though.
