Default Pins needles type feeling

32 M. history of some facial numbess and vestibular migraines and an unknown illness years ago. Recently I have been having a pins and needles sensation. Mostly legs, arms, thighs, wrists, groin area, sometimes on torso. Fingers and toes feel fine.
Duration can be days with varying intensity. Been going on and off for about a month. I had a episode of this in June, then fine until this last month. Ive had something like this in the past when going from cold to hot or when im around oil and some chemicals, but that was a while ago and those episides were shorter in duration (may not be related) .

This time it just happens for no reason. It feels like a burning/ pins sensation that kind of crawls around. For example i have it in my arms now, but for a second i felt it on my foot. its not terrible but not great either. Ive noticed ive been getting some chill type feelings with it too.

Any ideas
