Default Lidoderm Patches

Hello Everyone,
I remember Mrs. D sayng where to place lidoderm patches to affect certain areas of the body.

The burning pain of my neuropathy has been bad for the last two months and is continuing to get worse and worse. I've been pretty much on the couch or in bed for the past week.

I'm wondering if Mrs. D or anyone else can tell me where to place patches to affect both of my legs and arms. I'm desperate for some relief.

Ive been trying everything, yoga, (didn't work it got worse), meditation, epaom salt baths. I'm even so desperate that I have started to take my pain meds more often. They are not even working!

Well enough complaining. Can someone help me with where to p,ace the patches?

Any suggestions on what to do with this pain is greatly appreciated!
