Reminds me of when I had a pain in my arm, and I was sitting in my (former) primary care guy's office. This was 10 years or so ago.

I told him I had a pain in my right arm and he's moving it this way and that way, and he's going hmm hmm, and I go:

"How do you know I don't have Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis????

After picking up his jaw, he says: "what did you just say?" and I repeated myself. He replied: "I didn't even know you could pronounce that".

Treated me with a lot more respect after that visit.
