Hi Joanna,

Rapid gastric emptying aka "dumping syndrome" can make you feel really unwell and terrible; nausea and anxiety-type feelings without it being anxiety. That said, it depends on how long ago you had the GES and it may need repeating, if you are covered by your insurance.
