Hi treeman59
Welcome to NeuroTalk ![]() As far as I know there are not yet any convincing clinical data which show that stem cell transplants are of any benefit in PN. Before embarking on this possible therapy I would ask its provider hard questions: (1) Which stem cells are they talking about (there are many different kinds)? (2) Is there any independent evidence (from a health professional not linked to the provider) that this alleged therapy is of any benefit? The answers to these and other questions may help you to make an informed choice about this possible therapy. Best wishes.

Welcome to Neurotalk.
We have some threads here on PN forum, that you can find from the past. Use the keyword "stem" in our search engine which is in the upper right of page one on this forum. Our software does not allow searches to show using a link for the results. But I can show you one recent thread like this: stem cell therapy There are many others there if you want to search further.
