OP: I question our doctors SO MUCH. Your B12 TO ME, appears to low. Don't know where your D level is but that could be low too. I much older than you but find so much HELP from taking Grape Seed Extract for going on 23 yrs now...for starters works on CIRCULATION. I can't tell anyone want to do, but Grape Seed Ex does so much for health issues. You mention MS, I lost my sister to it, and wanted her so much to get on Grape Seed Ex for years and she didn't. There is a lot of info on Grape Seed Ex and MS.
Hope you find solutions. BTW:: There are many other B vitamins that help us too and I take a lot of them separately... |

You might look into the body/neck position/ posture factors.
You tube has a great mix of posture videos and how to correct if you might have "forward head & neck" or "rounded & hunched shoulders". Those postures can close down on the areas that the blood & nerves run thru. https://www.neurotalk.org/members/100-albums422.html You don't want the military rigid posture but a natural aligned posture..

I have mild-moderate PN in my hands which is a legacy from when I abused alcohol.
I also have moderate Generalised Anxiety Disorder and Major Depressive Disorder. What has helped me to stay in remission from these is learning and applying CBT methods. Can you find a clinical psychologist who has experience of using CBT methods when working with his/her clients?

OP: Investing in a functional/integrative MD could be your best investment. If your issues are "situational" then a psychologist could help. When I had some issues in my life that I could not find a way out, I found, thru a friend, a MFC person and she helped me get thru the problem at hand.
Clinical depression is another issue. We have to learn to be our best doctor I've found in my long life. |

How much it will help I don't know. But surely can't hurt. I'm glad you are open to supplementing, so many are not, but they can help. You could even have a sluggish thyroid, men have issues too. Keep grape seed ex in your mind for maybe some day. |
