I have recently come across some studies performed in 2015, one including mice, about the use of Viagra and Cialis for Peripheral Neuropathy. I have also come across a post by a man who took 20mg of Cialis every 48 hours for 2 months and he noticed a big improvement in his symptoms.
Anyone have any experience with this? |

Hi Philvanderaus
Welcome to NeuroTalk ![]() As far as I can see there is some evidence that Cialis and related compounds can help in mouse models of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Whether they will be of any benefit to people whose peripheral neuropathy has other cause(s) remains to be seen. Best wishes.

Yes, some evidence in animal studies for Diabetic PN--presumably something to do with increasing blood supply to the damaged nerves.
I have Idiopathic, and tried low dose viagra (10mg per day) for a few months and it did nothing for the PN, though did put a spring in my step elsewhere. |
