Dallas: I've been thru a lot since 2010 and hip replacement mess...a true ton of complications. I've also developed a sleep combo and I have it posted here in the Sleep Apnea forum.....I sleep a pretty good almost 10 yrs nightly but I do take 1 ibuprofen/1 tylenol every 6 hrs and make sure I have food in my stomach for this. This keeps me sane and living and even laughing.

I work to keep my immune system STRONG and not a fan of vaccines ... have not had one in probably 30 yrs or more.....mandatory to go to first grade and I even question those, little children being forced and they all have good systems when born.
