Hi, I am sorry on the eating part i was not too clear on what i meant. Nothing to do with catching covid on what i eat. What I was trying to say is that some things in foods that I eat can make me flare with some of my P/N symptoms i,e sugar, tomatoes, some fruits and alot of others and sometimes with none of these, Just the fact of digesting food the body goes thru can give me flare ups,. I know weird, But I do not have covid now and was only wondering if anyone knows if it also would have a negative stress factor on ones symptoms with P/N.

I just finished a two week bout of Covid-19, verified by a Covid test at RiteAid.

There was no impact on my PN from the Covid-19 illness.

This is off topic but I gotta mention: since my Covid infection my normal age related memory deficiency has lessened noticeably, a pleasant surprise. I have read that neurological changes can occur from Covid infection, mostly for the worse, however. My spelling still stinks, but I pretty much blame web browser spell check for this, as I no longer have to recall correct spelling.

I don't know much about Zinc except that the body benefits from small quantities in some manner.

When I was working, occasionally I'd be doing welding on steel that was galvanized(zinc coated to inhibit rust), I'd get Zinc poisoning which manifested mainly as headaches, which was easily treated.

Taking zinc was mentioned very early on when all this covid struck, ** Dr, Kelly Victory is on a local radio here every day and she says 50mg every other day, and I've read it's good take take a zinc combo with copper to even out these minerals in the body, and so I do this but I've been so involved in alternative healing for so many yrs that I understand all this, I believe.....
