So at least I know why I have suffered multiple carpal tunnel issues and ulnar nerve entrapment too. Years and years of suffering to find this.
My wrists hurt in the carpal area typing this!
Did you have other testing to rule out possible double crush syndromes, it's when there is also a secondary reason for nerve pain.

Like your spinal issues plus actual carpal tunnel or ulnar nerve problems.
Or did you have surgery or treatments for those arm/elbow issues already?

Our TOS forum has had posts in the past where they had surgery for carpal tunnel or elbow and still had pain due to impingement up in the neck chest area, the thoracic outlet/brachial plexus areas..
Some also had C spine issues too. So it gets very complex to get best dx & tx..

Is your whole spine involved and causing symptoms in your legs and other areas or just arms & hands?
These images might be helpful for you.
