This effected my sinuses so much, that today, when I came home from work, I noticed that my landlord had sprayed my steps down. He was very proud of himself, telling me he had used bleach to try and clean the green away that has collected from the dampness. Then he added that he hoped the order from the bleach wasn't bothering me. I COULD NOT EVEN SMELL IT!!!! It's bad if I can't smell bleach. I have got to get this doctor to understand he can't use those products in the office! One day he may be picking me up off the floor.

I was in Bath and Body Works with my daughter one time and I sprayed some Moonlight Path on me. I love it, but, immediately, I knew it was a mistake. We went to the sink and tried washing it off, yet my head started to pound and we headed for home. In a very short time, my eyes started to tear and they teared for over an hour, just like crying--terrible reaction.

I had a 3 scent candle open my flood gates once too. I emptied a kleenex box before I realized it was the candle. My nose ran, more like a faucet I could not shut off, I never had anything like that happen before, or since.

Strange huh?

We urge all doctors to take time to listen to your patients.. don't "isolate" symptoms but look at the whole spectrum. If a patient tells you s/he feels as if s/he's falling apart and "nothing seems to be working properly", chances are s/he's right!

Default Try moisturizing

Fanfaire,
When you are exposed to chemicals like the tobacco smoke and the nasal/throat tissues are so dry, try irrigating. Use either a sinus wash, netti pot, saline spray, something like this. It is sometimes the only thing that works for me. You have to get the irritant out of the tissues.
