--get some rest for a few days--mental rest, anyway.
When you do have to move, let us know where you've wound up (general area), so that we cna comb our resources for good area doctors who would not only be knowledgable about neuropathy and autoimmune issues but who have good reputations among those with disability issues; want to make sure you don't have to go through this again. |

I'm *so* glad you've at least gained some breathing room. And, as someone suggested, you might consider contacting a lawyer that specialises in these types of cases. It might get expensive though. I'm not sure how much, what percentage, they charge. And some of them only take SSD cases.
Here's hoping the news continues to be good! Barbara

I do have attorney lined up - found a firm that specializes in ERISA cases (group policies - benefits on a group policy, which I have, are different then a private policy - usually much less, no cost of living riders, and no punitive damages if goes to court).... they have been very helpful and given free info - and told me if I do get denial let them know asap and they are ready) I talked to several firms and these guys dont seem to mind the "baby" cases compared to the big bucks on private policies - so its a good thing...

Glad you were able to find an ERISA specialist. They are hard to come by. Mine is the only one in Colorado.
I'm gonna send you a private message regarding your particular LTD company. Hang in there! fanfaire
